I'm so pleased Nat came through the surgery ok, that must be a huge relief to everyone. I hope he's still doing well and I'm sure your sister is looking forward to having him home. The first two weeks were the worst for us and even though we were both able to be at home every day with Mou-Mou it was still exhausting and we didn't get a lot of sleep! We too used the Manuka honey to help Mou's wound to heal and it honestly works better than anything else. It seems to close wounds up as you look at them without drying out the skin. Continued good thoughts for Nat and his family and I'm so pleased he's doing well. Hugs. Sian x

Nat is home!!! He is walking around ok, wolfing his food down and is quiet for now. Bless him. Can't wait to go and see him. Nat. Isn't it amazing how dogs just take things in their stride. Thank you again, I am just amazed at everyones kind thoughts. Cathy. X

He is doing brilliantly. To think my first thought was to pts. It was the experience of others on here that got us thinking of going down the amputation route and the vets were excellent. Apparently one sat up with him all night on Sunday before the op. So glad my sister chose this option. I hope she joins soon and she can tell you her experiences as I am only relaying them for her. I hope Nat has a comfortable night and they all manage to get some sleep.
