I have a little Toyota Yaris, bought when I only had Molly. Finn can just about lie down in the boot, he has to go there as he tries to join me in the front, if the seats are down, or stands up for almost the entire journey, obscuring my rear view mirror and I worry that, should I have to brake quickly, that he may break a leg. We only go on short journeys anyway so he isn't confined for long. Though I really would like to change the car for something more Finn and Sofi friendly.

We have a Nissan Micra ...back seat removed so flat base and plenty of room. Also have a Suzuki Wagon R where the back seats fold down flat, super headroom, no lip on the back to jump over, little space taken by wheel arches....plenty of room all round and a super small car .

We have a Vauxhall Vectra, the boot easily takes our greyhound and a fold up pushchair. But we hope to get a Mitsubishi L200 Crew Cab with the hardtop over the boot area soon. The boot is massive and lined for cleaning etc. Perfect as we may get a 2nd Greyhound.
I also have an old Toyota Corolla for work, Sky justs lies out on the back seat.

Renault Kangoo. Can take 4 greyhounds / lurchers with the seats folded but usually just 2 in the back. Used to have a mercedes estate - great but finally scrapped. Really miss the dog guard. At least the kangoo is good with fuel and can fit most things as it was originally a van. Our dogs don't really appreciate travelling and since we had more than 2, people don't appreciate us bringing them visiting either! Alison
