has anyone ever used additives to dogs drinking water for cleaning teeth? If so, did you find it effective. Because Willow is so nervous of everything, I don't want to risk scaring her away from me by trying to brush her teeth. Her teeth are beautiful at the moment so I'd like to keep them that way if possible with either a water additive or effective chews.

I've never tried them, Sue. I've never cleaned my dogs teeth but I do make sure they have hard things to chew on, be it treat or toys like a deer antler.

I have never tried it Sue. Cora's teeth were a bit ugh when we got her. I used to rub Logic on her teeth and then give her something to chew. Not sure how effective but better than nothing I think. Marrow bones are best but difficult to come by.
