Loose poops

Hi all. My dog Benny has been with us for coming up to two years and we still haven’t got on top of his bowel problems. His poops vary from a bit loose to toxic sludge and the farts are dreadful. We feed him Harrington dry grain free and no human food at all. We supplement with protexin veterinary symbiotic.
He’s a big lad, 37kg, and is still trim so he is getting the right quantities. We don’t want to try different foods all the time and have stuck with this one. Any advice welcome
