My greyhound needs to see at night

Hi,we rehomed our greyhound, Dice, in December 2020 and she was brilliant with toilet training. However, she has gone from sleeping all night to wanting to pee in the middle of the night. This isn't a problem apart from us losing sleep and I would rather get up than have a puddle but does anyone know anything we can try in case this is a habit she has got into. We have had her checked by a vet and they can't find anything wrong, thanks

Has anything changed to upset her? Have you changed something like her bed, her sleeping place, time of eating, last outing before bedtime? Something new disturbing her inside or outside your home maybe. Obviously if she is disturbed and wakened by something, she is likely to feel the need for a wee.
