to leave the 7 seas behind and become a landlubber instead.The 4 of us ventured down to Staffs yesterday to meet him and as Lisa predicted,we all got on well.He happily jumped in the car and set sail for his forever home.
So far he's settling well in bewildering new surroundings and likes the company of his new brother and sister.He's also changed his name - No.2 son phoned yesterday evening and said we could call him Pugwash!That did it,I never liked that cartoon - so he's now Shadow.Suits him,though I'm trying very hard to persuade him to stop following me like 1 (honestly Lisa).
Like Kay was with Guinness his size was a bit of shock - Jem looks even more a little dot next to him.
Today he's met the Great Galumph and they are very alike to look at The official photographer will be along soon with piccies and comments.Chris,Cath,Perry,Jem and Shadow.
