Meet Richard (note to oneself this exactly is what happens when you allow the highest bidder the chance to name the next new arrival wink emoticon SO thanks to Missis Overall for that I will let her explain ) This is the boy who was found wandering at a reservoir locally to ourselves last week and moved to another of the local stray kennels we work with. Sadly he has not been reclaimed and it was now time for him to move to a safe rescue placement and here he is! I heart emoticon this boy! When he walked out of his kennel looking all meek and mild the first thing I said to Sarah was he is going to be a clown and I was right. We had to take him to the vets as he was running a bit of a temperature but after a antibiotic jab now seems fine. What a character, he has soon burst out of himself and is another saluki singer/yeller. The last two days we have left him re modelling his bed in disgust at being in isolation without the company of other dogs. Someone is going to have a laugh a minute with this lad I can tell you! He likes other dogs, walks like a dream on his lead and is trying to keep his kennel clean. We just need him to get over this little bit of an infection then we can work on fully assessing him, neutering him, vaccinating him and getting him ready to rehome
