If Boris and Fly run round the house really quickly no one will notice they're 2 seperate dogs.

Boris has severe dog aggression out and about on walks. Sadly this does not manifest at all at the kennels OR if we take him out and about and only starts to rear itself once he has been in a home environment for a few weeks. As you can imagine this makes it extremely difficult to rectify when in our care he is like a wolf in sheeps clothing. I have never even heard Boris bark bless him. We do have options for Boris though that we are looking into

Yes I did. He really struggled with the cats and he progressively became more on edge around them. Also became dog aggressive on walks. I would have kept him here if it was not for the cats but it was clear that having the cats here was really difficult for him and was doing more harm them good.

I have a rescue whippet and he too is violently against other dogs while out on walks.
It will NOT cause me to return him though. It has taken a very long time to stop the separation problems, the aggression against me at night, and various other problems. He was 3 and had had numerous homes as people gave up on him. He has a home for life, he is very loving to me now, idolizes my OH and is very good in house and large garden. Seeing off strange dogs is worth the time it will take to remedy. Shame others don't do the same, Boris is protecting his pack, keeping it exclusive to himself. Shame I have no room for another, I have 2.

Novahlord Tracey was fostering him and ASSESSING him on behalf of us. He was not a dog adopted by her or trust me there is no way he would have come back into our care. Its very easy to judge hey? Tracey returned him to our care after taking advice from myself at the amount of distress the cats being in residence were causing Boris once he had settled and started to find his feet. His problems do not need making any bigger than they currently are and this was making him more and more upset and more difficult to handle. Not fair on him and not fair on the other resident animals who began to suffer after he initially landed and appeared to be cat tolerant.
