Hi all,
I'm a bit confused about giving my greyhounds a bone.
The greyhound rescue place I got my second dog from said that a cooked beef knuckle bone is okay and will keep the teeth clean. However, on the internet I've found that cooked bones are dangerous???
What is the best bone to give a greyhound?
Thank you,
Sarah

Duke ,who is allergic to everything, is amazingly grand with raw beef knuckle bone from the butchers. Keeps his teeth wonderfully clean too. I just have to be careful removing it from him as he can be a little territorial with it.

Like the others say ... raw only as cooked can splinter but be careful in case he breaks little pieces off as they can cause blockages so I let mine gnaw all the meat etc off and then take it off them Julie
