Needs medical treatment under assessment. Prancer is around 8 months old and came to us from the stray pound. When he landed he had a limp and the pound had him x rayed. The lad has been over run at a young age and the tendon was coming away from the knee. It is said that with restricted excercise it should heal itself up and he will be being re x rayed in a couple of weeks by our own vets to make sure it is healing well. Until then Prancer will stay with us in the kennels till we are sure a full recovery has been made!

Prancer is absolute sweetheart and certainly lives up to his name. I got him ready for his walk on Saturday and there was no sign of his limp as he spun round sending sawdust everywhere.

I met Prancer for the first time today and he's a lovely natured little boy with lots of life. He seemed to be ok with the other dogs in the vacinity and I'm sure he'd love someone of his own to play games with and someone of his own to love. I hope someone turns up for him soon. Lovely boy J
