I think the main problem with two female greyhounds which you need to keep your eye out for is they can both end up being dominant characters. Females are much more intelligent and pushy than the males and if you end up with both vying for position *this* is when you are likely to get a spat. If two males have a spat they tend to shake hands and then let it go, females unfortunately dont and it carries on into bitch wars that can then get quite nasty. Sofas, food, attention, humans are all trigger points and these are the areas you need to pay special attention to during the settling in period.

It's not just a greyhound thing. Joly has caused fights with both Izzy(who was male) and Teddy, over silly things like stealing a favourite toy, or guarding what's not his, but has been silly enough to forget and do t again. whereas, his sister who satyed with her mum had to be rehomed as they fought long and hard, drawing blood and both in danger.
