I shouldn't worry about him wriggling, moving etc at the groomers, it's what many dogs do, a kind groomer will be patient and won't mind at all... I can tell you we have to deal with a lot more than that, been pooped on is one of my least favourite things to happen at work, especially if it's not solid!! Lol.
