Sore chest...dog...not me lol

You all know where I mean....the lowest bit that sometimes makes contact with the floor lol
Lola's skin under there is a bit pink and inflamed looking...nothing major and not bothering her at all.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips...area is fairly hairless so I'm thinking a soothing cream may just calm it down...I'm sure someone will have a knack to keeping the area healthy

We used the Holland and Barrett organic one on Vector, it worked a charm. Great for people, too.
