Middlesbrough TS4 to Whitley Bay NE26
Emma is a large crossbreed aged 11. She is spayed but not chipped or vaxed. Said to be in good health although has a fatty lump.
She needs to be moved before Friday from Middlesbrough TS4 to St Mary's Island, Whitley Bay NE26 Full route is on A roads and should take about 1 hour. A172, A66, A19, A186, A192
She has nowhere else to go from Friday morning so we urgently need to get her in to keep her safe.
We have liability insurance but this is invalid if children or other animals travel in the same vehicle. We ask that volunteers notify their own insurers they are driving voluntarily for rescue then all possible incidents will be covered one way or another.
Great care to be taken when placing in and out of vehicle and handing between individuals incase Emma manages to break free. Needs to travel in a safe and secure manner away from the driver.
If you can help could you please state which day/s you are free. The island is subject to tidal times which we are trying to find out at the moment.
We can reimburse petrol costs.
Thanks Michelle
