I live in Bromsgrove (J5 M5) and travel to Bristol most (but not all) weekdays 0800 leave 1800 return. Can't hang around service areas waiting for people but work in Clifton area of Bristol where people could collect or deliver. Likewise collection or delivery to my home in Bromsgrove or McDonalds just off J5.
