Hi I was smitten as well, on first meeting me at Chievely she sniffed my beard and tail was going like the wind. It only took us an hour from Chievely to Great Horwood, where we had to wait for Tony. So we both went for a walk, into the pub for a half for me, Pru wanted my beer. She then was greeting everyone on the Village Green. She then met Tony and greeted him like an old lost friend. Back home after 136 miles by 16.45. I bet Pru or whatever Tony calls her was glad to be in a home, although she was very bright travelling in the Estate part of my car, getting up everytime we had to slow down for traffic etc. It was an honour to transport such a delightful Whippet. Thankyou.

Thanks Ted and Tony has rung once home to say he has decided to call her Rhianna as its Welsh etc. Her and Nigel are so far sizing each other up and seem to be fine. The cat laid down the law in no uncertain terms and she is now fine with that. Fingers crossed she settles and her forever home becomes her permanant home ;D
