We need to move Nike an 11 year old large Cocker Spaniel into his foster home. Nike is placid, laid back and not bouncy. Nike is on medication for a thyroid problem but otherwise healthy. He is vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
Nike needs to be moved from Hayling Island to Congleton
Suggested Route:-
A3023 A27 M27 M3 A34 M40 M42 M6 A534 A34
Route is approximately 226.9 miles and will take around 4 hours minutes to complete.
Nike will be legally owned by Oldies Club upon handover to the first transporter. We have full liability insurance in place but ask that anyone who helps us also contact their own motor insurers to advise them that they are helping out rescue. There should be no charge for this and it gives you peace of mind that all eventualities are covered.
Nike is to travel in a safe and secure manner. Great care to be taken when handing over between transporters incase she struggles and manages to escape.
This run needs to take place on a week day. We are aiming for next Tuesday (17th). Both owner and fosterer may be able to help with this run and I will be asking both what distance they could probably cover. If you can help at all please let us and what part you could cover.
Many thanks
Amy
