We are going on holiday soon and need to find somewhere for Doug the greyhound to stay. We'd rather not put him in kennels, as he's only been with us a few months and loves his home comforts, and I'm hoping someone may be able to suggest a home boarding option in Bristol. Any ideas? I've found a few places on the internet, but it's always best to have recommendations. Thanks.

Have a look at this, i know its not what you are really looking for but it sounds good. Elke has been on gap as she runs ( i think) a resuce for Irish hounds. have a look no harm in just looking is there.

Sharon, you haven't put up a link.
I'm pretty sure that Elkie runs a boarding kennels as well as having rescues, at least if you do decide on kennels then Doug will be staying at greyhound savvy kennels.

Thanks, Sharon. If you could please put in the link, I'd be grateful, as greyhound savvy kennels would be a good option. Though it seems like Doug has spent enough of his life in kennels, and I'm really looking for a home boarding option. Does anyone know anything about the national home boarding register? I've been on their website, but don't have any more information about them.
