oooooooooooooh i bought 2 recently from ebay... and cant extract the dogs from them... they've EVEN stopped sleeping on the sofa over night in favour of these beds! shop.ebay.co.uk/merchant/kumfipet_W0QQ_nkwZQQ_armrsZ1QQ_fromZQQ_mdoZi boguht the large ones for my two and they are great... even enough room for larry to roach... but they have super jumbo ones too which might fit a greyhound better. good luck.

Have tried all sorts over the years but the favourite is still a folded duvet and the removable, washable covers are both cheap and easy.

folded duvet and covers for me too. Helps we can get seconds for £4.00 The only beds that stay whole, so far, are the tough dog ones, which are in the crates, van and home, but others are all demolished within days.

Are you looking for something like this? I bought a couple of new cushion type beds recently from our local pet shop. I like them because the cover zips off for washing, and also because there is an inner cover that is showerproof, so great for oldies or those with a bladder weakness, and it also zips off for washing. They are made by 'GOR PETS' I've just rung them and they have given me details of an online supplier who is: www.tiapetworld.co.uk/index.htm The item I mean is the Comfy Dog Cushion www.tiapetworld.co.uk/userimages/procart6.htmI might have to go and order another one (or maybe two) now. Jackie x Thanks everyone, that's the sort of thing Jackie, a cosy outer and a waterproof inner as an 'accident' is what's ruined the non waterproof one I'm replacing. I do use quilts, but now want the waterproof bit so it doesn't soak through to the carpet. I found these on ebay too, look interesting and can use the option on the left to have either magnets in it or a heat reflective inner for extra warmth. I just want one hat won't squish flat really quickly.

I bought one of these from ebay when I first had Moose but I dont think they last very well - when they flop all over it the sides end of collapsing and dont spring up again so you end up with a flat floppy pancake !! Have given up on it now and its in the car so it doesnt matter if it gets muddy !

Hi there, I've tried a few dog beds including the trusty duvet but I swear by Tuffies dog beds, www.tuffies.co.uk a family business in Scotand. I've got two beds and they've not flattened down either! They have been weed on vomited on, scratched at and so far have lasted two years intact. You can hose them down and they dry in minutes. I chuck a dog blanket on top, but you can buy a Fluffy Tuffies cover which is made from the same sturdy material they use on public transport seating if you want. The service was great and you can discuss your order with them if u need special sizes etc. Hope you find something you like aft all the great suggestions! Tania
