Matilda is starting to take the hair off her rear toe knuckles as she walks sometimes as she drags her feet occasionally, and I'd like to find her some very lightweight boots before she takes the skin off too Bearing in mind she is ultra sensitive about her feet and because of the tumour in her leg, she has a hissy fit if I hold the other one up, so they need to be very light and not bulky, and really easy to get on and off...has anyone found anything that might fit the bill and still allow her to walk?

I had this type of thing for Ellie when she had her corn problem Ebay Dog Boots LinkShe hated walking in them though although they are easy to get on & off. I've just had a look to see if I could find them as you could have tried them, but I can only find 1. I think madam may have disposed of the other 3

Therapaw boots are excellent, they are not the lightest boots but do mould to the shape of the dog's food (you have to measure the foot to get the correct size) and have not rubbed Poppy who has been wearing them for two years every time she goes out. You can google Therapaw and buy them in the UK from 'Veterinary Instrumentation' for about £10 each. I think they were originally made for greyhounds and they know what they are talking about - also if you email Therapaw they are very caring and helpful. Let us know how you get on. Good Luck!

I forgot to add that Therapaw do indoor slippers, these are very light - see below:
