Which bones are best to give my two greyhounds? I know that cooked chicken bones are bad as they splinter but what about the bone from a Sunday roast? I'm not sure of raw bones in case of samonella risk to the family etc. What do you guys recommend and your dogs really enjoy? Thanks! Tania

All cooked bones really are a no no.
The only bones mine are allowed are the huge raw knuckle bones from the butchers

ours dont get any bones after a friends spaniel died in agony after a splinter from a rib bone punctured its gut but the big marrowbone knuckles dont do that so would be fine. roox

Thanks for advice! I'll be keeping clear of cooked bones.
If I give the dogs raw bones, how much how often..? (They have a pigs ear after teeth brushing etc).
