Could anyone help, recently adopted new greyhound already have one laid back male. New dog [ bitch] has decided that he cannot have the toys, and snarls and barks at him. Hes that laid back he just walks away, but I dont want her to spoil it for him if he does want to play with them. What would be the best way of stopping this behaviour???

Take all the toys away, from now on they need to be your toys.
They only get to play with the toys when you give them the toys, any funny business remove them, game over put them away.

Thanks all for your advice, seems to be working, she's been really good today. Played beautifully with grandson, a boisterous 5 year old. No probs with Hooch either, must be a quick learner, fingers crossed.

That's great news ;D Poor soul has probably never had a toy before so they would have become a 'valuable resource' that she didn't want to let go. Hopefully she will, with time and careful monitoring, become less possesive ;D
