I hope Faith is continuing to improve after her problems at the weekend. The recommendations seem to be for a highly digestible, bland, hypoallergenic diet after the acute symptoms of haemorrhagic gastroenteritis have subsided. I feed Burgess's Superdog Sensitive, but I'm not sure that would prove suitable for Faith's situation. I haven't any experience of haemorrhagic gastroenteritis, but I wondered if a probiotic supplement might prove beneficial. I know that Vet UK have a range of supplements available, but maybe before you consider that option you should consult with your vet. Jackie x

Chappie is a very good recovery food. Try giving her a little watered down actimol in the morning for a few days and then tinned Chappie in small amounts throughout the day for a few days. Chicken and rice may even be too rich after HG as it really does knock them sideways. Chappie is very bland and dry even out of the tin and you can add a little warmed water to it.
