I took Blacky out this morning at 6.30,on the way home he was panting but it was more like a grunting noise.He drank a lot of water and then settled down. This is the first time I have heard him make this noise and wondered if anyone had any ideas.Although at 90yrs old he can be forgiven a little grunt in the morning  Phil |

I have left Blacky at the vets,looks like he has picked up some poison  as the back of his throat is inflamed. Worried Phil |

Thanks Marie He has been sick 3 or 4 times plus very bad coughing which has probably caused the inflamation in his throat. Seems very strange,can,t ever remember not having a dog in the house.He has picked a nice day for me to have off work though,bless him ;)pity about the circumstances!!
