Hi Folks Wonder if anyone can offer me a bit of advice? My Toby has become really aggressive towards other dogs - both male and female. He seems to be worse when he's on a lead and with me Tobe's not too bad when my hubby walks him. Sometimes he seems fine - goes up to sniff the other dog - and then just attacks them. Other times as soon as he 'clocks' another dog - he will lunge forward barking, growling and showing his teeth. Makes no difference if male or female. When he first started being a 'bit' aggressive with other dogs and I would make him sit until the other dog had gone past and then give him a treat & a fuss. THIS USED TO WORK!!However - the past couple of weeks or so - he has started to ignore this and is more interested in attacking. The past few lunchtime walks have been a nightmare - especially with all the 'fine weather' walkers appearing Any advice folks? Much Appreciated, Vix xxxxxxx

Hi Vix, Sorry i have no advice just wanted to say i know how you feel, our phil has just started doing this too. The kennels said he was fine when he was there and it may be just to do with him thinking he's the boss and has to protect us all. Looking forward to hearing some expert advice. Good luck with your sweetheart.
