This is really more of a recommendations request I suppose. There is something in the hedge that is really attracting Spike and Ruby's attention. Whatever it is has been there for a couple of days now and is showing no signs of waning. It's a really thick hedge so, although I've tried looking and poking about with a stick, I can't see anything. I'm assuming that there's a dead bird or rat or something. I can't smell it but they certainly can and they are obsessed with it. Ruby in particular wants to go out all the time because of it and, as her housetraining isn't 100%, I don't want to not let her out when she's asking. The distraction also isn't helping her remember what she's meant to be doing out there. What I'm wondering is, is there something I can use to shove/pour into the hedge that works to cover/ eliminate the smell? It's not desperate and it'll eventually go away by itself I'm sure but for now it's doing my head in! Ideas would be appreciated to help save my remaining sanity
