Wonder if anyone can help I was talking to someone tonight walking his 2 retired greys and he had a look at Blackys ear tattoo,s and he reckons he is 15 and not 14.  The letters are as follows and as he is Irish he has two sets of letters Left ear is JHT and his right ear is PH. Any help greatly appreciated Phil |

Can't find him on the greyhound data website from his tats.
What was his racing name?

Looks like he was born in 1993 Go to www.greyhoundrescue.co.uk and click on 'tattoo' on left hand side of page. It tells you how to work out the age Helen x |

Phil if you ring the irsih studbook on (00 353 5222611) they will tell you his date of birth and his name etc etc. anna.x.

Anna,its Blacky.Me dad wants to ring that number but me mum says best leave it alone as he might be opening a can of worms,and he always listens to me mum,but if these worms taste like ckicken then BRING IT ON!!! The lady can be a tad temperamental, but usually quite helpful and I have never had to give my details. Just make sure that the tattoos you have written down are correct or if they are slightly unclear then have all the alternatives too. |
