This is for Jack a 9 yr old Doberman affectionate, playful and energetic.
He's Neutered, vaccinated, not chipped but was tatooed when he was a puppy is okay with other dogs, cats and children and in good health.
Jack needs help to get From Swinton, Manchester to his foster home in Milton Keynes
Basically involves A6, M62, M6, M1 - 158 miles and 2.75 hours approx in total
If you can help please state on this thread which day/s you are available and where you can meet up either end of your journey.
Jack will be legally owned by The Oldies Club once handed over with transfer of ownership form, duly signed by owner.
The Oldies Club have full liability insurance but any volunteer needs to inform their own insurance company that they are transporting dogs for rescue. There will either be a small charge or no charge at all for this. This is so you are covered for anything deemed to be your responsibility.
Dog must be kept safe and secured in vehicle but not at risk of strangulation. Care needs to be taken that the dog cannot slip away from you at any point.
Full transporting guidelines will be sent to all volunteers who help with this run.
We already have several possibilities to get Jack safely to his foster home providing we can find the last missing link:-
either
Thursday 22nd (to link with Amy late afternoon / early evening) or
Saturday 24th or
Sunday 25th. Amy & Chris are willing to link from junction 15/16 of M6 to destination. Sunday 25th
Please can anyone help the lovely Jack on his way from Swinton to Newcastle Under Lyme area (junction 15 / 16 of M6) on one of these three days?
Thankyou for your anticipated support.
