Can anyone cover the middle section of a run to bring down 3 greyhound puppies from Birmingham to Kent. The first & last bits are sorted but I still need them collected on the M40 around Warwick & brought down to the M3.
This is on Sunday 17th.
Lots of puppy cuddles & kisses promised.

I can do this middle section just need to know pick up location (M40) and drop off location (M3). It is best if you email me with all the necessary details such as pick up time, drop off time, vehicle types and reg number plus names. Will they have collars as I do not have any spare collars, I can ensure I have our leads with me but obviously will have to take them back home. I am in Wokingham so if necessary could arrange for them to be picked up there. I believe they have to be at the kennels in Kent by 4pm.

Confused completely now as to what if anything has to be covered as the end section is no longer covered. I could do the end section provided the pups were brought to me in Wokingham.

It appears that this run has now been sorted out. Someone has volunteed to do the complete run.
However it appears that the adults on Tuesday nothing has been arranged so I have suggested the following.
Is it possible for the three adults to come down on Sunday as that is the only day I have clear but even then I have to be back in Wokingham by 4pm for my two 13 year old dogs. Tuesday is definitely out and anyway it would be horrendous with the traffic on the M42/M40/M25 on a weekday. Sunday Morning is usually a very quiet day on the motorways
Looking at Autoroute if I leave at 7am I can be around Birmingham for 9am (would need to know where they are located) with one wee break they would be down at the kennels off the M20 exit 4 by between 12 and 12.30. Total journey 340 miles Wokingham back to Wokingham at a cost of £42. All three Greyhounds would be safe between two dog guards in the estate part of my Citreon C5. What happens if there is a fourth as that would be able to travel comfortably on the back seat, which is my slightly disabled 13 year old greyhound's travelling bed?

I have arranged to transport the 3 adult greyhounds on Sunday direct from the kennels to Maidstone. I will note their ear marks for records purposes.
I will be out of touch most of Saturday as Jagger, Mimi and me are attending an Acupressure day school near Aylesbury from 10am until 4pm. It is all go this weekend.

Well what a journey. Fog most of the way from Wokingham-Swindon-Worcester, still managed to find the right place by 9am. Three beautiful Black Greyhounds, two in estate with muzzles on, one on back seat bed. All good as gold on the three hour journey to Maidstone, even asked me to stop at Warwick Services M40 for a comfort break. No damage nor wet/poo done in car bloody marvellous dogs these Greyhounds. They were friendly when I had to get them out of the car for their comfort breaks. M40/M25 traffic horrendous, especially coming back after dropping the 3 greyhounds off in Kent, due to excessive delays between exit 9 and 8 of M25 came off and went on road to Guildford and via Send and Woking. Back home at 2.30pm after leaving at 7am and 370 miles return journey. At least they are three "safe" Greyhounds who hopefully will soon have their own home and sofa.
Julia if you can pm me with their ear marks I can see what ages they are etc. Ted.

Thanks very much Ted, that was one long journey.
They all went for a 2 hour walk this afternoon so they were just so pleased to back to get back to kennels to go to bed.
I will pm you the earmarks on Wed as I am not back at the kennels until then. The photos will be on here then as well.
Once again, thanks a million. Julie
