It is the general pattern in this house that I do the early am walk before I go to work (and w/e) and OH who is retired does the afternoon walk. Lacey loo has taken to wanting to abandon her afternoon walk at w/e and come home if she knows I am there. There is no problem when I am at work. the good news is that scaredy Max who wouldn't go out without Lace will complete his walk with OH. When I am at home Lace follows me everywhere in the house. Some w/e we go out all together to other places to walk. I am concerned that Lace may be becoming overly dependant on me or am I being silly.

Ellie is like that with me, she doesn't like to go out with Geoff if I'm not going too. If he does get her out she just drags her feet & wants to come home.
I haven't really worried about it to be honest as she doesn't have any issues with being left if I leave the house, it just means that I always walk her.

Chloes the same with me, david does his fair share of the walks but when he takes her out she drags and wants to come home too. Like Ellie shes no problem been left and has no other issues so it doesn't worry me either. anna.x.

Thanks for the reassurance. I guess I was worrying unnecessarily about separation anxiety as it was a relatively new thing and she exhibited anxiety when she was left on her own when she was not allowed walks fo her dodgy joint.
