(One for you Nettie) LSB 1842/6/G:Whippet x - Whippet x Lurcher - bitch (entire) Smooth coated Fawn White toes, bib on chest, tip to tail and small amount on nose. Looks like a Whippet. Ears stand up when alert. Microchipped Height: 20 ins app. Age: 11 months Wearing a black Whippet collar + ID tag Name is "Poppy" Went missing from: Blackheath, South London on 13/6/04 Circumstance of loss: Was walking on the Heath when something spooked her and the other dog, causing them to run off. I take it Battersea are aware that she's missing, just about to e-mail local vets.

Phoned the local vets and Doglost have already got to them all and mailed them posters so they are aware.

You're off the hook Nettie.......she's home again "Poppy - the missing whippet - was found today. She had been living rough on Blackheath and someone saw her in her front garden. The posters really worked! I recommend that to anyone in my position. She's fine, but apparently was hit by a motorbike this morning - the tip of her tail is a bit sorry -looking and might have to come off. Thank you so much for your help, and I am delighted organisations like yours exist."
