Area: Ripon racecourse, North Yorkshire.
Chester was hit by a fast moving transit van at 0600 and has not been seen since. He will be badly hurt and I think has run off in a panic. No sign of him anywhere. I didn't see it, just heard it, I lost sight of him and he must have doubled back behind me about 600 yards to cross the road- probably chasing a rabbit.
He is average greyhound size, he is about 2-4 (rescue), ginger and white semi-fluffy coat, he is a grey x collie, quite stocky build. Wearing black wide leather collar and red ID tag - not chipped. He is insured. Old scar on left hand side near ribcage.
If anyone is in the area please keep your eyes peeled. I just wnt to find him - the thought of him out there in pain is terrible. I feel useless, I've rung everybody, been everywhere, searched for him, what else can I do? My baby is out there dying or very badly hurt and I can't find him
Kaye ive suggested she contact you and if she does and you get anymore information or want it adding in LSUK format please feel free to do so! Im also going to guide her over to gap and if she has anything else to add ask that she does.
Lisa
Please light a candle for Chester and pray he is found
