if entering more than once do you want one package per dog or mixed package

if there is anything the can not have
name and address of where package you will receive is to be sent
remember £5 per entry include within the package a card so the recipient will know who sent the secret Santa gift
you need to make sure you post the parcel by (date to be confirmed) also it's secret so no letting on who you are until Christmas
