Posted on behalf of RSCPA Bryn-y-Maen, Upper Colwyn Bay.It was love at first sight for many of the staff as Jacob walked in through our doors; he is beautiful, playful and hugely affectionate - what more could you want in a pooch?! Jacob was brought in by Inspectors and was removed from his owners following their successful prosecution, but this means Jacob has been in kennels for a very long time now he is ready to begin his life and start having some fun. AND he is a LIFESAVER! In June he gave blood to help save a little anaemic dog who is improving as a result of the blood transfusion that Jacob made possible. He was very brave and, like the staff here, all the vets and nurses cannot understand why this lovely boy has not found a home. He is great around other dogs, great to travel and excellent on the lead but due to the chase drive that is typical for the breed, a home without cats is the best idea. If you are looking for a dog to watch blossom and a friend to brighten your days, then Jacob is the boy for you. Please give us a call, or drop by the centre if you'd like more information on this cracking lad.
