If you are out and about please can you keep a look out for a red/brindle greyhound (could be a lurcher) seen in the Spalding area. In particular the Cley Lake area and along the A16 near Springfields. Here is the page on DogLost www.doglost.co.uk/Page.aspx?data=Qvmnp7NbSqCOYLL7ThMH8cgDIBGNb_3527OnpY_3521tPzNxa5xPf_352HRLWz5kcbME9eoTqAlthough the status says Found - it is not safe and still running free. The dog warden is aware and we have been out looking and asking people we see, factory security guards etc to watch out and phone us if they see the poor thing. There are a few of us in Spalding who are setting up feeding stations to try and gain this dog's trust. It was seen being dumped on the 24th March and has been spotted twice earlier today. Many thanks

Have been out searching for this hound every day with no luck.
Sadly received a message from another person searching to say that the dog was caught earlier today, taken to the vet to be checked and that it had cancer and was PTS.
This was probably the reason that it was callously dumped out of the car in the first place. I hope what goes around comes around to the sadistic cowards that dumped him.
RIP you poor scared and lonely hound. Rest easy at the Bridge.

How can people be so cruel. But at least the poor little one was caught and helped to the bridge, so I suppose the end of the story might have been even worse.
