Just had a phonecall from Vicky who has been called herself.
We have three lurchers in Sunnyside in the Midlands area all who are imminent for pts. One definatly due tomorrow is a young saluki x who has damage to front leg, the break is fixed but obviously wasnt medically treated he is due for pts tomorrow lunchtime.
Two more due for imminent pts in the next couple of days are Hancock male lurcher rough coated beardie collie x greyhound 5 years old, also saluki x bitch 12/18 mnths old short coated black with brindle legs.
If their are ANY rescues that can help with these dogs please please let me know asap we are over quota already with dogs in private boarding and physically as a rescue cannot cappacitate these dogs.
Please ring me on 01782 544728 or email greyhoundgap@yahoo.co.uk asap

White Lodge can take the one due for pts tomorrow But we need to find transport from White Lodge to Walsall. The other two still need places asap, if we can we will try and get another into boarding kennels till after Christmas but at the moment have no idea where they are going after Christmas so if any other rescue can step in and I know its a daft thing to say if they have room then please let me know.

Okay we are going to try and take two out tomorrow the lad with the dodgy leg is going to White Lodge and hopefully the Hancock lad Beardie/cross who is the next desperate and he will go to White Lodge also as a Gap Boarder. The bitch still needs somewhere to be and the other brindle male also he is already castrated and microchipped (and yes his owners do know he is there and no they dont want him back) They all have first vax.

Hi Lisa
This has been crossposted at PR and someone has posted with a suggestion of contacting Huncote animal aid in Leicester, they may have spaces, how true this is at this moment in time, I don't know.

Thanks Wendy Just found out that Pip at EGLR is going to take the girlie which is brilliant so there is just the castrated vaccinated and microchipped dog to worry about
