Teddy wants a new name So, Teddy New Name has asked me to speak on his behalf .......... He quite understands the need for fundraising for all the pointy noses out there, so he's come up with an idea. He wants a new name and these dogs need help, so why not donate say £1.00 and you can guess a new name for him. or more, £1.00 per name, as many as you like.... The lucky winner gets to take No Name home, with the proviso that he is out of reach of all those pointy noses Here is a picture of him ....isn't he photogenic!!! The colouring is slightly out, he is a little darker than this picture, but isn't he handsome. (He's approx 10" tall) in a standing position, NOT A CHILD'S TOY but a collectors item. So please, give a bear a new name and home, and help a greyhound too. Post your name on here and then your donation to Alison, the Treasurer.

Just to add that these bears are very expensive to buy retailing at around £50 so thank you very much CJ for donating this item to GAP!! I will think of some names and try later! Have to take time over this to find some really unusual names Again thank you!

Poor old Teddy New Name.....he's megga depressed cos he knows if he doesn't get a new name soon he's going to be packed off into a storage container in a warehouse somewhere until February So come on people....Teddy needs as many suggestions as you can possibly afford....he loves the names so far and its already difficult to decide but a few more will go to buying those dogs some lovely new pressies or something helpful for xmas.....

As you know I'm packing to move and I've had no time in between xmas to find a home for teddy, so from a suggestion from another member here I think I may alter details a little...if that's OK with you. I will use all the names you have so far offered, putting your user names against them and add even more for people to adopt a name that they like, get an independent person to choose and extend the date to a memorable one....say Valentines Day. How does that sound? By that time I will have my own computer back, teddy will be unwrapped and you will have my undivided attention Sorry to drag this out but so far looking at the names offered we have already raised £17.00 for GG with the names offered by you kind people
