Brilliant photos folks! Glad I'm not judging but I have a special prize to award on behalf of Jonathan - not going to be easy to choose who!

Thought I would add a couple for the comp and the cheque will be posted at a more Godly hour later today. Vicky. xx This is Fraser with Chris, doing his best to be an 'ickle' lap dog... This is Chris again, being foster daddy with Charlie-hound. That's just a couple of the ones I have found. I'll get that cheque in the post and in the meantime try and find a couple more to add. Also, would just like to say thanks for adding this comp, as it's given me a fantastic excuse to trip down memory lane and look at the photo's of a load of my old fosters. It brought a v.small tear and big grin... Thanks, Vicky. x

Trust me to get in on the last day ..... I have 2 to offer 1. Me with Dempsey & Hawksbee, my first two hounds, both now gone to the bridge Dempsey had to be PTS the day after this pic was taken - she had a huge cancerous growth in her throat. This was our last walk together, in March 1997. Dempsey was very much 'my' dog and I still get weepy talking about her. 2. Hubby Gary with MacKenzie, Guinness & Hawksbee. This was on our last holiday with Hawksbee in July 1998. Both our of original two dogs, gone in 16 months. They left a great legacy..... without them we'd not have gotten into sighthounds and would not have opened our own rescue. Cheque's in the post.... hope Jonathan is doing ok. Claire

Thank you to everyone for entering Jonathan's competition. The photos are all brilliant and I know the judge will have a hard time deciding the winner. I'll pass the photos to her later today and hopefully we'll have a result announced on Saturday, along with the total raised. Thank you so much to those of you who have sent donations on top of the competition entries, every penny raised will go towards Jonathan's care. to you all! Jules
