Currently living in Warrington, this lovely lad is sadly looking for a new home to call his own. His owners really do not wish to rehome him, but due to full time working, and having moved house, poor Stitch's seperation anxiety has become a problem. He is a very loving dog but simply can't cope. It is essential for Stitch to go to a home with somebody who is at home for the majority of the time who is prepared to work with him and his anxiety. He cannot tolerate a crate, so that is not an option. He is not cat friendly, but is fine with other dogs and children. I believe his is fine to go off lead and much enjoys a good run, as do all lurchers! You can remove both his food and toys with no problem, he sits and is a gorgeous dog in the home, a great companion, provided he's not alone for more than a short time. Stitch is neutered and vaccinated to date. If you feel you have the perfect home to offer Stitch, please fill in our Pre-Adoption form here ... www.greyhoundgap.org.uk/homing-and-adoption/pre-adoption-questionnaire marked for the attention of Liz. All homes will be vetted by our experienced volunteer homecheckers.
