I've spotted a very young lurcher pup in a rescue near me. They think he's about 9 weeks old. I am in no way saying anything bad about the rescue but he seems so young not to be in a foster home. They say they don't use fosters ( I offered to help if I could) and that they have a puppy unit. I can't put his details on lurcher specific rescues because I haven't got their permission. Can anyone think of a way I can let people know about him without breaking any rules or upsetting anyone. Or do I just need someone to tell me I'm nuts and to stop worrying  Janine x |

Why can't you say who it is? If they have nothing hide them I don't see the issue? Xxx We often share lots of gap stuff all over the place as you may know  Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc x |

Some rescues have a clause that you can't share their dogs on other forums without their permission. I don't think they would give it  I'm not on FB. When I asked about fostering, he said they don't use fosters so people can just go to the kennels to see the dogs  . If someone were to PM me, I could give a clearer picture, if you see what I mean. Sorry, that sounds really cloak and dagger, just trying to do the right thing for the pup. Janine x |

Sorry. I probably worded it wrong. I know if I post another rescues dog on here in OHHs, a mod has to do it for me, I can't post on that page and I have to have the rescues permission to share. It's the same at LL. No idea about FB. As crazy as it sounds, some rescues can be a bit spikey about receiving offers of help . I was just worried about him being in kennels at that age and being the breed he is in a mixed kennels. I will try to post the link if that's OK. If not, please remove mods. Thanks. Hi Lisa. Not sure where your post just went. Have just spoken to them and they said thanks for the offer but they can probably sort him out. They have someone coming to look at him today. Fingers crossed they do a rigorous home check and have FRB. Thankyou anyway. Janine x
