Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum, but we've had our lovely greyhound Bonnie for 6 years. She's 12 1/2 and is starting to feel her age, poor old love. She's dragging her back legs and really shudders when she lies down. She's been on metacam for the last month and that seems to have really helped. The vet said she could stay on it indefinitely, just having a dose every other day. Since this is a long term thing, we wondered if it possible to buy metacam online rather than going through the vet, but we don't want to take any risks. Just wondered what others thought and if you know of a reputable website?
Thanks! Esther

You would still need to get a prescription from your vet though

I also use Animed. You need a prescription from the vet. I got mine to do 3 repeats on it and uploaded it to animed. The metacam is a really good price. I got 180ml bottles for my dog. I had to buy the three repeats over 6 months before the prescription went out of date. You will need to get regular check ups from the vet. I had to go every three months. Very happy with animed service, free delivery and delivery is very quick. Hope that helps. Cathy.
