I've got tassels but no tug toys, we could do a tombola. I don't think we've met up beforehand normally and they've always let us in! We really could do with a gazebo though ! I don't know what to suggest then. The gazebo I used had to be thrown last year. In Stoke they've got 2 but they also have 2 shows of their own on the Sunday and I didn't have room in my car to bring it back with me anyway on the weekend. I'm back in work tomorrow for the rest of the week so I won't be able to fetch one even if we can source one

We will be there on the Saturday but not Sunday - obviously if Grommit is OK! We have a great big bag of soft toys to give Greyhoundgap so is there anyone going to the show who could pass them on for us please?
We are happy to help in any way we can so just let me know .........

Jen how big is our pitch? Is it just 3m x 3m? Ros has brought me 2 gazebos, one is a coleman event shelter but its 4.5m x 4.5m I have a feeling that will be too big? The other is a 3m x 3m gazebo, very heavy though not a blow away one!

I can't remember off the top of my head but think it's 4x4. We will need to bring means to stop it blowing away!
I've also only got 1 table I've managed to steal off Mum. It's a long one and should fit the stock we've got but I guess we'll need another if Kay plans to take over the world with her tombola. I hope she's managed to get rid of the hat and gloves set!

I have no idea where the tombola has gone: it went to Wilmslow with us and then disappeared. The hat and gloves were won on the hottest day of last year-the winner was thrilled.

Only just seen this Kay. There wasn't much left of Mr T Bowler after Wilmslow, so you told me to take it. I put it in with the prizes that Janice and Martin had donated and then they took it all back to Stoke for Hilary and Val to use. Moira x
