If he is a bit twitchy and there's a possibility of an old injury a chiropractic session (Wendy Lymer in Bromsgrove is very good and £25 for the first and £20 for subsequent treatments all reclaimable from your insurance ) and accupuncture should help keep that free and reduce any discomfort
