Help needed 11th May Penparc, Great Bridge, West Bromwich

Our friends at Penparc Stafford have very kindly asked their Great Bridge, West Bromwich store if Gap can fundraise at the store during their Open Day.

ARE THERE ANY BLACK COUNTRY GAPPERS IN THIS AREA THAT WOULD BE HAPPY TO DO THIS PLEASE?

There will be a birds of pray exhibition, bouncing castle, Pet photographer, face painting etc

If anyone can do this to raise a few pennies for Gap please let me know and i can put you in touch with the manager Unfortunately it's just that bit too far for me to go to but i'm really hoping somebody can do this as the Stafford store are great Gap supporters and this new store has lots of potential

I went in there just the other day. Lovely staff I am local and will check my diary to see if I can do this one. I will see if hubby can have Isabelle for me - will probably only be able to leave her half a day though - anyone can help me fill it out?

That would be great Mel, if the store are as nice as the Stafford store, you will have a good day and might be able to build up a good realtionship with them. I gather they have only recently opened the branch.

Sue (lurchers13) sent me a text message earlier she is having internet problems, but she will be able to do this too. I've passed on the Manager's contact details to her and she is ringing today to confirm arrangements. She said she will let me know and i will then post on here again for her.

Sue phoned me this morning, she has spoken to Philly at the store and arranged to set up at 11am. Mel she has asked if i can PM you her phone number so you can let her know if you are able to help her out as she is still having internet probs. I will PM you now.
