Brilliant 2 day event with lots to do and see and it's all about dogs! The shopping is also good with bargains to be had. As usual they have placed us on a breed stand so we can show off our wonderfully behaved Greyhounds and lurchers. Lisa may possibly be going but I have a hectic work schedule leading up to the show so may not be feasible to pick her up and after a conversation with Lisa yesterday we had the rather embarrassing realisation that we may not actually be taking a Greyhound with us This is mainly because we have limited van space and can only leave the well behaved dogs at home (i.e. the Greyhounds) so our dog quota will be 2 slightly dodgy looking Shepherd 'lurchers', 2 fat Staffies and a small terrier ;D Even if Lisa can't go I only have 1 Greyhound I can take with me and will still have 1 dodgy Shepherd 'lurcher' and a fat Staffie ;D So I really, really need people with Greyhounds and 'proper' looking lurchers to come and help on one or both days. It's times like this when I realise how embarrassing my dogs are ;D Off the top of my head I will have 4 free entry passes and one free camping pass. These will be available if you can meet us at the gate in the morning, if you require the camping pass I'll send it on to whoever wants it first. www.dogsunleashed.co.uk/

Added to Gap calendar I think I'll be fine to come along with something vaguely greyhoundy on the Saturday, Jen . Sunday is the Manchester Street collection, so that's out for me. Jo x

May be popping up to this (depends how things are with the baby - and if I can persuade the hubby to drive - bribing him with food offers usually helps) but will wander by and say hello if we do. Can't commit to helping with having a 1 month old by then though!

The show starts at 10am and no vehicles will be allowed on site after 9am. I'm aiming to be there about 0830. If you think you can't get there until after 0900 you will have to use the public car parks. The show doesn't finish until 5pm and there will be no vehicular movement on site till after that time so if you need to get away earlier you won't be able to park behind the stall.
