Is Gap collecting loose change left over from holidays ?
I've found a bag with 24.52 US Dollars (worth over £15 today) that my son left behind and won't use, now he has a family.
I don' t know how exchange works, never having been abroad, but assume there would be cashing in fee which is proportionally less, the larger the sum involved.

I can take it with the Pennies in a Jar money, change it and add the resulting amount in if you would like me to.

The best place to convert back to sterling is the Post Office, they don't charge a commission but they won't take coins just notes - in fact I don't think anywhere takes foreign coins.

Aw (that's why Paul will have dumped the money) and as the exchange graph looks as if it's rising I thought the dogs would get £16 ish. It is nearly all coins ( 11 Dollars in Notes). I have another idea, though, as my husband's friend goes to the States, so may give me something for the coins.

I'll give money for the coins as I go to the States a lot. So if you let me have it all, I can put the equivalent into the Pennies in the Jar collection.

Do you want the whole amount then ? I can drop at kennels, but not this weekend.
If so , to whom should I give it ?

I'll take it all. Give it to anyone at the kennels who is going to the show - Hilary or Bev are possibilities.
