Murphy is an 8 year old JRT who need to come into our care. Murphy is notvaccinated or neutered but is microchipped. Murphy is a friendly lad with no health problems. He is good in the car as long as he can look out of the window.
Full journey is Derby(DE73) to London(E15) taking 2 hours 37 mins - A50, M1, M25, M11, A40, A12
Transporters must not take their own pets or children with them when helping us for a number of reasons. One being our insurance isn't valid if this happens.
We do have liability insurance in place for transporters themselves and our dogs but this does not cover all incidents so please do contact your own motor insurers incase something happens that is deemed as your fault. There should be no charge for your insurers to put a note that you are driving voluntarily for rescue on your records.
Great care to be taken when placing Murphy in and out of vehicles and handing between individuals incase he manages to break free.
Both owner and fosterer are flexible on day of transport run.
If you can help could you please state day/s available and where you can meet up either side of your journey.
We can reimburse petrol costs if needed so please don't be afraid to ask.
Thanks
Amy

Yes apologies for typo.
Due to complications of when owner & fosterer were going to be available we have now spoken to both and they are going to organise Murphys transport between themselves.
Thank you for the offer though.
