I have seen people selling bricks, but I know that you wont need that. How about a 'Memorial Wall' where people buy a space and place a memorial for a pet or relative who they have lost (we could have two one for humans and one for pets).
I would be happy to help this by creating the panels (probably vinyl mounted on plastic and then someone would need to attach it to the wall), free of charge so that Gap get the full amount towards raising the costs for the kennels.
You could sell each panel for £5-£10.
Let me know what you think

I like that idea too, it would be nice if there was a little garden of remembrance in front of the wall, will have to wait and see if its possible to do that when we get the property.

I know Tia Greyhound & Lurcher Rescue do something like that. They charge £10 for a "brick in the wall".
Lovely idea & I would buy 3 for the hounds I have had go to the bridge.
