Gap & Lurcher Link are currently needing rescue places or foster homes for the following all vet treatment will be paid for and homing will be handed by the organisations. Please note these dogs are in the pound so we do not know how they are with other cats or children so we cannot guarantee temprement! These dogs may be carrying Kennel cough however they will have received their first jab.Kennel 1: Pointer X Greyhound male, nice temperament, but supposedly not brilliant with other dogs. Around 5 yrs old, whiite & chocolate brown, castrated. Kennel 14: Deerhound X, male, 1 - 2 yrs old, half a tail, very sweet natured, loves people, a little boisterous, white a golden fawn. Entire. Kennel 28: Smooth coated whippet X bitch, tan & white, 12 months old. Little nervous, nice temperament. Kennel 60: Rough coat whippet X bitch. Black/brindle, 2 - 3 yrs old. Nice natured, friendly girl. Both males are about Greyhound Male size and the bitches are only slightly bigger than whippet.

Hiya sadly we have no idea how they are with cats and children, we can only assess them with dogs and that is only roughly.

I could take a bitch - I have a houseful but even grumpy terriers accept females. Haven't been homechecked though!!!

Lisa, I will finish job on 7/4 and will be off for the following week so can provide emergency accommodation, separating cats from dogs, if required, or can be available for transport.

how are you with the idea of the KC? Most do have it Lisa, I have to confess my ignorance. We haven't had kennel cough before, although I took a chance on Blue who came hacking out of the local pound (luckily, it's just his ancient lungs!). Until recently I didn't even realise that the annuals vax didn't cover KC, so mine aren't protected. Obviously if the alternative is PTS I will take the risk!!!
