I would suggest you went back to basics, putting her out on the hour, every hour, as much/often as you can. A crate would possibly help and you would probably need the largest one available. When you do put her out, stay out with her until she does go. You say she gets distracted last thing at night and has to go out a few times, can you introduce a command to make her go, while she is doing what you want give her a word, whatever you'd like, after a while she should associate the word with the function and you should be able to get her to go more or less on command, keep an eye on her at night at first and don't let her go back in until she has done what you need her to do. A crate may help but you say she will go on the dog bed so perhaps isn't too fussy about peeing where she sleeps. It sounds as though the move has upset her house training, you may want to try a plug in Dap Diffuser or Dap Collar to make her feel more at ease, something might be worrying her.

i have the compete opposit,shaylah wont go to the loo unless i actually take her to the local park,she will hold it in unless we do this and i have a massive back yard
